Nutrition/Wellness Coaching and Personal Training can be both be scheduled ONLINE or IN-PERSON.
In-person coaching appointments take place inside R&R Chiropractic. In-person training appointments take place at CrossFit Tertiary (same building). If you are scheduling a virtual appointment, instructions will be emailed to you beforehand.
